Ingredients and Quantity :
2.5 lb. pork roast  
1 can diced green chilies  
1 can tomatoes with diced green chilies
2 tbsp. taco seasoning  
1/2 cup chopped onion  
3 garlic cloves, minced  
1 tsp. cayenne pepper  

Direction :
1- Pour the can of tomatoes with green chilies into the slow cooker and place the pork on top.  
2- Mix the can of green chilies and other ingredients and slather on the surface of the roast.  3- Cook on low for around 8 hours then shred the pork and return to the cooker and mix this with the juices.  
4- Heat for a few minutes until heated through then serve.  

5- You can eat this with some whole grain bread or better some vegetables. Enjoy!
